Our Kuleana

Tourism can be good for visitors and good for Hawaiʻi.

Aloha Pass exists to help visitors experience what makes Hawaiʻi special, while directing more of the benefits of tourism back into the people and communities that make those experiences possible.

Where your money goes

Most of what visitors spend in Hawaiʻi leaves the islands. Aloha Pass partners are local businesses, cultural practitioners, farmers and guides based here — when you use your pass, you are paying them for their work. Every partner is locally owned, offers something you could not have anywhere else, and contributes positively to the culture and ʻāina. Aloha Pass is endorsed by Hawaiian Council, and exists to keep more of the benefit of tourism with the people and communities who make these experiences possible.
